I recently got REI's minimap and I started using it while playing MineZ. My problem with it is that the chunks won't load by themselves like they normally do. What that means is that if I'm running around I can't see far in front of me and the chunks only load if I get like 3 blocks away from the unloaded area. I have my viewing distance set on far and I still can't see far at all.
Please Help

No, when I didn't have it it didn't take that long to load, also I'm getting 60 fps and it still doesn't load. Also I tried other servers and it didn't load as well.

either drop your view-distance to normal, or install optifine. My guess is that, because REI is taking up just enough of your processing power, that your map isn't rendering well. REI is generating all that map info "post in-game", so it updates in real-time, which may be taking up a lot of the power from your machine.

Thanks, I set my viewing distance to normal and then I realized that it wasn't loading because the computer I was using had 32 bit and not 64 bit, and it didn't work on far distance.
