I have a Windows 7 PC. I downloaded some mods and put them in the minecraft.jar. When I went to play minecraft, it says it is updating and gets stuck at the 95% mark. I let it sit and work its problems out, when I came back about 5 hours later, it hadn't moved. When I tried to get on a server off the servers list, it did the same thing. I deleted my changed Minecraft jar and only have the unchanged jar, but it still won't work.
What should I do? Should I keep trying, or give up on it?
