Guys this is what is happening in my minecraft, hes version 1.2.5 because I had difficulties to find the right version mods for 1.4.5 .... Could someone tell me what do I do to solve this case? I need answers to solve this ... I installed the mods in their proper places and order before they accuse it as a problem ... I await anxiously ....
I followed the instructions of Joserobjr
In the topic it was installing a proper way and all ...
Maybe one mod is not compatible with another. Please try vanilla Minecraft and install the Mods one at a time. I know you didn't want to hear the word Mod, but I think that is your problem.

You're right, I can not stand knowing mod because tou 3 days trying to solve this problem, the more I find a little hard to be giving incompatibility of mod's because as I mentioned is a pack of mod's a youtuber assembled and released, so I think that should not be, I'll do this one by one install and testing go well thanks for the tip (:
