Hey so I was just playing Minecraft (The only mod I have installed is REI's Minimap) and all of a sudden my items just turn all graphically glitched and stuff, sorry for the horrible explanation haha. Basically I was making a mining shaft underneath my house and I mined a stone block away with my iron pickaxe and some item's thumbnails just turned into that graphic. I've tried logging in and out but it doesnt work. Could you help me?
