NEI enchanting crash on MC v1.4.5 - Java Edition Support - Support - Minecraft Forum

Hey everyone I've only recently had a problem with my mods. I've run 1.4.2 and 1.4.4 with similar configurations and now 1.4.5 with the following mods:

(In no particular order)
Ropes+
Optifine
Forge
Code Chicken Core
Not Enough Items (Too Many Items if this is out of date)
Rei's Minimap
Armor Stand
Shelf
Timber!
Balkon's Weapon Mod
Basic Components
Universal Electricity
ICBM
Atomic Science
Millenaire
Dynamic Lights
Multi Mine

All these mods are/were current at time of crash(s). I'm using Magic Launcher 1.0.0 if thats relevant. Everything was running fine till about a week ago. Not sure what I did but with both NEI and TMI I get a null pointer exception crash when using the enchanting features. The game is fully functional otherwise. I've already tried deleting my .minecraft folder and getting a fresh start to no avail. Also spent a fair amount of time searching the web for possible solutions. Hope someone can help get me back up and running!

Should have mentioned I tried that fix without any success... but I figured out the conflicts in my mods.

Not Enough Items and Balkon's Weapon Mod don't allow enchanting functionality. And on a side note Millenaire and Auto-Switch don't allow you to get inside chests spawned by Millenaire.
