Start by unchecking TMI in mcpatcher, and patching the game. next, go to Mods > Remove and remove TMI. Leave it at that for now.
Next, back up your worlds and delete you bin folder. Find this by typing %appdata% into the start menu, clicking Roaming, and then .minecraft. Try the launcher, and it will redownload everything for you, but none of your worlds will be present. Put the backups into your saves folder, and your worlds will be fine.
Next, find the TMI mod for 1.4.4, download it, add it to mcpatcher, and patch. That should fix it, and if it doesn't, either post on this thread or PM me.
If it will not work no matter what, delete both mcpatcher and your bin, (backup your saves) repeat redownloading of bin, get your saves back, but do not reinstall MCPatcher. After, open your Minecraft.jar folder with WinRAR, 7zip, or if you have neither, change .jar to .zip, delete META-INF, and drag the TMI folder in. If you changed .jar to .zip, change it back to .jar, run Minecraft and viola! It should work.

Tnx but I had fixed that just 3 days before
Next, back up your worlds and delete you bin folder.
