This crash keeps coming up with certain mods. It only happened when Harvestcraft was alongside Noppe's Customnpcs but for the others it just keeps happening. Any help?

I have the correct forge, and somehow I got MCP on my minecraft. This crash happens without other mods besides the ones in question.
Can someone just say what it means?

It's not the item ids, and I've done that.
