I have been running a server from my personal computer for me and a couple of my friends and haven't had an issue till now. After attacking an NPC in Millenaire to try and reset it's behavior I failed and ran, logging out while under pursuit. When I attempted to log back in I get this error:

(which I tried to include but is too long to post along with everything else. I can try to post it again if it can help)
2012-11-08 01:40:15 [INFO] [STDOUT] SRV ERROR: [email protected]: Robert Norbert/2832487953744659546/[email protected]: Merchant had Town Hall as house. Moving him to the inn.
Just before the crash I had to deal with constant walls of this in my server dialog. Hence why the attempt at killing him. Sadly I hadn't thought it through enough and just tried to kill him in Survival but as I started in I realized it'd be easier to just change modes and do it...also was kinda losing the fight...didn't even think it'd start this by running and dropping out...
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm sure you can reinstall or even start new world to remove the error. If you have stuff in your inventory you don't want to loose, use INVedit on forums to save a copy of your inventory, and start over.
As odd as it is, I started a new server up and haven't had a compatibility issue with optifine...also I removed optifine to try to log in the previous and it didn't effect the outcome so that can be ruled out.
