For a long time I have been playing normal minecraft and ive always had around 23 fps or so and it hasn't bothered me until now when I am playing Technic Pack. Here are my specs:
AMD A6-3400M APU with Radeon HD Graphics and 1.40 GHz.
4.00 GB Ram
64-bit
I run all other games with high amounts of fps. I am really just looking to boost my fps. I'm using optifine and Im on maxed out fps settings but it doesn't help. I'm also using Game Booster.
Just a simple tip, Do Ctrl, Alt, Delete and start task manager. Click processes, then right click java, hover over 'set priority' and click high. Just a quick tip that may or may not work but it won't break your PC. It will go back when you close Minecraft but it's not too bad for a one time thing!
