The IC2 one is nothing to worry about, it's only because you don't have craftguide installed, which you don't need because NEI does the same thing.
The forestry one is probably because mistaqur's plgin was written for pre2 and you are using pre6. Again nothing to worry about likely just a version mismatch type of thing. As long as it's showing you the recipes for the carpenter, therm-fab, etc.
