When I join the world, its fine, but then (usually after I move my cursor) It freezes.
After a few seconds it goes black-screen (sometimes even my computer screen goes black-screen)
and then a message usually pops up saying something along the lines of "Video card has failed and recovered" then I have to close Minecraft using task manager.

This is what my MultiMC console says after my java platform fails because of task manager.
(only the points that look different)

Instance closed its output 0.
Instance closed its output 1.
Instance exited with code -805306369.
Minecraft has crashed!

Can anybody help?

I can't play with mods because of this! <_<

(I don't think the mods are doing it because currently I only have optifine ultra and NEI installed)

P.S.
This is the only information I have. If I need to I will try to learn more.

P.P.S.
Problem with my driver. (how could I not notice?)
