lag or bag? or the energy still flowing?
i think the energy flowing is a bug, saw it in forgecraft (server they test the mods) but its known and a fix is either done, or being worked on

Yes, there is a Open Beta 107 for 1.3.2 that fixes that issue.

Also a open beta version (108) for 1.4.2. Check the IC2 forums.
