Heavily Modded Minecraft Crashing [NEI Problem]

I start up the minecraft client, login, it displays the Mojang logo, then crashes with this error, all information can be found inside the error report at the very bottom of the log. The problem is with uninstalling NEI manually from the technic pack, and reinstalling 1.2.2.4, this is because while playing the game, it calls a null when i try to look at any recipes or use the heal button - therefore crashing, and i wanted to fix this myself but when i manually (and by manually i mean taking out all NEI files and putting in a new download of NEI files, i get this error below) reinstall NEI 1.2.2.4, the game crashes after the Mojang logo.

You'll have better luck on the technic forums.

Their pack is such a mess and controversial that I don't tend to even try helping.

True it is, that's one of the reasons i despise the people that made the pack, i'm not a fan or anything, its just i tried it and figured it was worth it to keep playing with the mod combination, but alas my fail at making a complication of them myself was disastrous lol

i can't believe i didn't post it on technic forums -.- i probably should of posted there first
