I'm not sure exactly what's causing it, but here's my current setup:

Minecraft 1.2.5 jar, using MagicLauncher to install the mods.

MC 1.2.5 - Player API client 1.5.zip
Fancy Fences (7-26) v.1.2 [Forge].zip
Useful Storage (7-10) v.1.1 [Forge].zip
Aether_1.9_Pre-release 2.zip
Sparrow110 Client.zip (It says no mods found, but the installation instructions for the mod say to install it into the jar)
Optifine_1.2.5_HD_S_C6.zip

To prevent obvious replies: Yes, my sound is turned on inside of MC, and it works for everything besides for it.

I should mention, everything seemingly works fine, with no actual crashes, just no sound.

Does anybody know what might be happening here?

Whatever it was seems to have corrected itself. Never mind, then.

I am having another problem, unrelated to the sound issue I had before, (I think it had something to do with memory while the world was loading, but I'm not sure.) Redpower slabs and panels/etc. are invisible. Does anyone know why? I didn't want to make another topic, sorry if this is against the rules.
