I have had minecraft for about a year now, if not longer and I used to have great fps. Maybe about 40+ But for some reason I only get about 5-15 without having to refresh the map/ Change view distance. Even on the smallest view, with optifine I get 10. I have done everything I can think of, such as Game booster, Updating java, Downloading other kinds of Java, Optifine, Lowest details possible, and It still sucks.

Here are the specs.

Windows XP, 32-bit (service pack 3)
Intell® Core™2 due CPU
E4500 @ 2.20GHz
2.19 GHz, 1.99 GB of RAM
Nvidia GeForce 6200 Graphics card

If you guys have any ideas, or anything I can do please tell me.

Ah I see the problem:

Your running Windows XP.

Serious though on my main computer (Windows 7) my Minecraft LP gets about 200+ FPS.

Same world same computer running Windows XP 5-10 FPS. The OS just can't render this stuff.
