I've tried to mod by following people's instructions, but that only led to my Minecraft crashing. Specifically, Forge really made MC kick the bucket. I simply want to install mods for more creatures and maybe something for more items. Also, if there is a means out there to apply teleportation commands, I would love to get my hands on that, also. Please help if you can, thanks!
There are a few videos in the thread that explain how to use it. It's pretty simple, but if you're new to installing mods, the videos will make it easier.
The problem you most likely had with Mo' Creatures, is that it isn't updated to 1.3.2, it's still only for version 1.2.5
Alright, I've watched the videos on how to install it and have done so and all that. The thing that confuses me is what folder to put things like Gui, AudioMod and Custom Mod Spawner inside. I looked around and with the forums I've found them on they don't say anything about MultiMC. I've tried to fool around with it (which ended up ultimately crashing things once more) and haven't been able to get anything to work. It doesn't seem to even be loading the mods because when I open it, it says Active Mods: 2, Loaded Mods: 2 when I attempt to apply others. It's only reading Forge and Forge's mod loader.

The mod's post should say whether it goes in the jar, coremods, or the mods folder. You don't need audiomod with Forge, if I recall correctly. GuiAPI goes in the jar. There's a few custom mob spawners out there, you'll have to tell me which one or check the mod post.
Okay, so I've managed to get the Twilight Forest mod working through all my testing and poking, also I have the Default Familiars mod running. From what I'm to understand the Mo'Creatures mod isn't up to date so it won't work?
Also, putting GuiAPI in made things crash with and without my other mods applied.
Right, no Mo' Creatures for Minecraft 1.3.2. As for GuiAPI,... order matters for jar mods. Forge needs to always be first, Also make sure you have the version of GuiAPI for Minecraft 1.3.2. If that doesn't help, and you are still using MultiMC, you can turn on the Error console from the settings menu, and paste the log here.
GuiAPI has been known to be pretty glitchy/buggy, so its best not to use it unless needed.
If you want another more mobs mod, I recommend Pets+ or More Mobs
You could also use the Magic Launcher for easy mod installation and error logs.
