Hello sorry for my bad english , i just downloaded Forge fo minecraft because i downloaded several mods and minecraft crashed and suggested me to download Forge well this is the way how a downloaded well lets get to the point,When i succefully installed Forge i started Minecraft and logged in then it appears a crash, this is the crash error:

Curse PremiumMCPatcher and Forge aren't compatible. Try MultiMC or Magic Launcher, use Optifine for HD textures.
