Cant plant saplings or flowers

I have the following mods installed:

MC 1.3.2
Forge
Reis Minimap
Mystcraft
Optifine
NEI
Computercraft
Forestry
IndustrialCraft
Buildcraft
Inventory Tweaks
Millenaire

Do any of these mods effect planting saplings or trees? Or is something else wrong? Everything else seems to work correctly, Just cant plant saplings or flowers.

Even without forestry its still happening..thats ok maybe I just need to reinstall everything and hope it works

I'm new to Minecraft so I don't know much about it, but you might try installing one mod at a time until you hit the problem.

I've been palying with these sets of mods before and have never had this problem...thanks for the suggestions but I think I fixed it now

Was your fix just re-installing? I found today that I am having a similar problem where I can't plant mushrooms, but trees and flowers are fine. The only mods I have are fml 3.03 and twilight forest 1.11.10 (whatever the latest one is)
