I have NO MODS INSTALLED.
Completely uninstall Java and then install java 7 NOT 6 make sure it's 7.
i appreciate the posts in reply to my part. (sorry if it was unrelated but i thought they were the same error). I will be trying the Java Reinstall if that doesnt work im not sure what to do. Yes it really is windows XP lol
