In Minecraft 1.3.2, I usually go on multi player servers and play on single player. I store items in a chest. I open up the chest and the items I just stored are in my inventory, therefore it means I never stored them. It takes a few tries to insert them into the chest itself, which bugs me a LOT. A LOT!!! AHBDAHDAHAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH anyway...
When I manage to put them into the chest, and I want to get some items out, I open the chest again and the items are in the chest. It is similar conundrum vise versa. Please, how do I fix it! Is there some kind of mod that can help me?
Something I could do with optifine?
Does it have to do with the RadarBro, Minimap, Optifine, Biosphere, Advanced Heads Up Display Mod?
Texture Packs?
Smooth Lighting on optifine?

If it's a problem with one of the mods you just listed, it's probably that "Advanced Heads Up Display mod". I have used Rei's Minimap, RadarBro, and Optifine and have never had this problem. I've also never heard of a texture pack doing this. So, again, I'm guessing it's something to do with the Advanced Heads Up Display mod.

That sounds good to know. I don't know if it's my computer because this is an old computer. IBM ThinkVision. Fast, but slow.
How do I back up my minecraft and reinstall all of the servers, maps, texturepacks and mods? Except for the Advanced HUD Mod.

You don't need to back everything up. If you have MCPatcher, use that to install mods. If not, just start up Minecraft and go to options on the login screen. Then, click force update. This clears the mincraft.jar file so all of the mods currently installed will be gone. Then just re-download all of the mods you want to keep. But, again, MCPatcher would be much easier, because you wouldn't need to manually re-install every other mod.

So I reinstalled most of the mods: toomanyitems, modloader, radarbro, minimap, optifine.
I'm still having the same issue. The chests are being all douche. I can remove it flawlessly from brewing stands, furnaces and what not. Except chests! Is there any mod I can use for a chest? Idk.. There was the Chest Raider but that was removed.. Any other help you can give me?
Quick question, If I download the latest snapshot, will that fix the chest issue? And I know previous minecraft updates isn't like the current version we have now. Will 1.4 fix everything? Let me knowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww!
