I've been getting this weird problem, when ever I break a block or place a sign (And checkpoint block from Portal Gun mod) Minecraft Freeze, it doesn't even crash. Also the problem just started, it didn't happen when I first got the mods.
Edit: It seems to only happen on my portal gun world
