It looks like a problem with the order that you installed things.
It's been awhile since I used MCpatcher. I use optifine now.
But it seems that something went wrong between MCpatcher and forge. You'll need to delete the jar and start over installing the mods. Depending on the mods you have installed, you may need the newer version of forge as well.

Retired StaffIt's been awhile since I used MCpatcher. I use optifine now.
But it seems that something went wrong between MCpatcher and forge. You'll need to delete the jar and start over installing the mods. Depending on the mods you have installed, you may need the newer version of forge as well.
I'd also suggest taking a look at multiMC, it makes things much easier. http://www.minecraft...dows-linux-mac/
