minecraft for me is messed up



all i have for my .minecraft folder is
bin
config
magic
stats
Modloader.txt




and in the bin is just
natives
and minecraft.jar

how this happened well my system restarted on its own and said system failing starting to restart
and when i got back on it said that to restore from a previous session so i did but all my data and files were gone and im guessing the rest of the things were gone too


i can play on servers but it wont let me
force update it says Fatal error occured(4):C:\Users\ME\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\bin\lwigl.jar(Access Denied)

and when i try to start my world this shows up

can someone look at this and tell me what happened
