Hi when i try to load a save and play for about 3 seconds minecraft crashes on me?

From your error log, it seems that you have MCPatcher installed and something about the mob randomizing texture is throwing an error. Try a vanilla install and add Modloader, Rei's minimap and Too Many Items back in (but not whatever you did with MCPatcher) and see if that helps?
