Minecraft goes blank after loading modloader?

I downloaded modloader and when I went to play minecraft when I went to login to minecraft the screen went
blank. What should I do?

Did it work before you installed modloader?

If N -> Maybe you should get it working vanilla first
if Y -> you broke it. Force Update to get back to vanilla. Then read the instructions more carefully.

Yes it did work before Modloader.
I already force updated it and it didn't work.
