What do you mean you 'cant select it'?

I tried running it and it worked fine for me (creative mode, right?)

Try deleting your minecraft.jar and having it download a new one. Maybe a mod issue?

Game cracks whenever i try and load, gives me the saving chunks and black screen. Last thing i did was try and go into a nether portal. I still use 1.7.3 and several mods, if you need a more comprehensive list.

Here is my world, please fix it i appreciate it.

I'm using some mods, i always had 60 FPS, now i cant even do anything, didn't used MCEdit.
Can't move my mouse or my player, Heavy lag (0 FPS).

P.S. I'm still using beta 1.7.3

Is there a way to determine which region file a chunk is in? I know which chunk has the error, I just don't know how to fix it now. I'd be fine with just deleting the region file if that is possible. It's Chunk (-9, -16) stored at (-27, -4) if that helps.

Edit: Or if someone could tell me how to get to that chunk in MCedit, that would be awesome.

I checked with all mods on, and it doesn't seem to have to do with the portal itself.
I'm going to see if it has to do with the platforms.
Does not seem to. I do remember it lagged when it went to saving chunk whilst i was in the portal.

LEDman: Try deleting your .bin folder, and then running minecraft. It sounds like you have a corrupt game file.

LaserLag: In theory. Its hard to tell by the numbers. You kinda just have to eyeball it if you arent using any other tools to fix it. Or post it on the website :tongue.gif:

Hi there.
Before I upload my file I thought I'd just ask if its possible at all to fix.
Me and my friends had a map created and started to make alot of stuff.
Spent a few days in total creating loads of creations.

Now one of my mates thought it would be fun to do a //sphere RoseID 20 (20 block radius of roses).
... twice!
So he made two spheres of rose'blocks' constantly spawning so its impossible to enter the server.

The server wont go up for more than a sec. at a time, and MCEdit hangs on startup. So I cant remove the roses manually.

Think there's any chance of this getting fixed?

I'd be happy to, however I can gaurantee that the 'falling letters' thing is not a world/map problem, since its happening across multiple maps. If your bin file didn't fix it, I would back up your saves and try a full clean reinstall

I found 3 different orbs of stuff, totallying to a whopping 130,000 entities, most likely roses. That's the most I've ever seen (the last being 80k). It should work now.

I dont have the words to express how glad you just made me.
After I (and a few friends) tried to edit it in MCEdit, waited for the roses to despawn etc.
we thought the map was a gonner.

If I knew how, I would give you a few diamons on the forum right now.

Edit: AND you didnt have to remove much of any of the creations either.
My biggest boat only had the top of it removed. And thats easily fixed.

Could you please fix this world?

It's a multiplayer survival world for 2 players. It was working fine, then
I got the bubble issue lag, after 30 mins it was fine, then the server crashed
n wouldn't reload. When it would connect, I was put into a black world full
of stars and I was falling a very long way, finally it crashed again.

If you could fix it it'd be great.

My computer froze due to an unrelated Minecraft issues I currently have with overheating. But I digress.

When I loaded up Minecraft again the only SP world I had at the moment was no longer there. I spent many an hour carving my way through that world with a survival sensibility. I was quite proud of what I had done thus far, and now it's gone. Any help you can provide in recovering that "Survival" SP world would be MUCH appreciated.

Was building when my laptop overheated and shut off. Loaded back up, and it was lagging really bad. Now I have thousands of chickens in my courtyard? I'm assuming thats what the problem is. When I open it up in MCEdit, i see hundreds of red boxes that I guess are chickens?

Hi there, i need some help, i went to your website and made a account on mediafire to download my saved world that im having issues with but when i go to saved file i can not find my worlds name . any tips on how to find it ?
all of my kids worlds show up and my new world ( cant go without playing a world ) .
but i can log into my old world still so know its there ( just cant move or i get saving chunks crash )
