I'm having the same problem as many other people. I was playing when the power went out and when I loaded Minecraft back up it wasn't displaying my world file, even though its' still on my computer. I sent my world through the website, but just in case it speeds up the process, here is a link to it.

Hey think you can fix a file? it has java issues but the thing is, i can export things from world editor and import to a hold back up. I was wondering if you could fix it? Illl PM it to you since it has user names and what not.

Super: I took a look and it looks like an almost newly generated world. How many .mcr files do you have listed? Also, possibly unrelated, theres a -second- world file inside the first one, as well. But there's nothing there either.

The one i need fixed is the vinilla2 file. Its broken i think because when we go in and move arouind server goes down.

What's in it? Because it still looks like a new world and I want to make sure Im working with the right thing.

Umm there is a town in there some where, mario, Nyan kitty and a few others. You need to follow the trail of torches and you will fine it. Its there.

I'd like to thank everyone and appreciate their patience on these maps. Earlier today I cleared the 150th map, between this post, the Support Forum post, and my website in the sig.

I also appreciate the many thanks I've received as well. I really do enjoy helping people out, and it's quite fun to see what ideas people have when building stuff, too.

Twinkle: Try something for me. Right click your world folder, go to properties, and turn off "Read Only" and see if that fixes it for you.

Killer: I honestly am not sure how exactly a biome functions. I'm not sure what determines one biome area from another.

The most obvious solution I can see, is exporting the structures from the current map, to a new map so that the land and the biome it's designed for match. I'll toy with it a bit and see if I can figure anything out.

I'm a little confused. Did you post under a different name or submit it to the website? You only have 1 post, from above so.. Not sure which one you mean >.>

Okay, I was playing like normal when I saved and came back to play again when I noticed my save wasn't there. I tried to put all my files into saves that the .exe recognized but for some reason it still loaded the previous saves info... Very curious as to how the Minecraft client actually loads the worlds. Anyways, here is my world (World4) and I really hope you can fix it as I have been playing this single world for about 10 months. Hopefully no qq and more pew pew after this.

I am rooted along with many blocks and some animals, my bed is close by, but my spawn is through a nether wormhole. I hope you can help me, and maybe let me know how you fixed it?
