Hello All,

I got a new computer running windows 8.1.

I re-loaded minecraft and java.

I have reached the point where I can start the launcher and log in, but the "play" button is grey.

Anyone know how I can get past this? Thanks!

By the way, I re-created my profile once, Before it said "welcome guest" but it wouldn't let me log in. Now I can log in, but I can't play! Grr...!

Click 'New profile' in the bottom-left, give it a name and click 'Save profile'. From the drop-down box in the bottom-left, select the newly created profile and a login screen should appear.
