I'm not a pro with computers but here is all I know with specs.
ok, this is ususally when you create an invalid profile.
If you recently created a new folder in the versions folder, cut it to somewhere else, then try running minecraft, if this then works your setup for the profile is invalid, ususally lots of complex stuff inside the ,json file you may have missed out of.
