Okays. this is my first forum and I have read many others about the Java Platform SE Binary crashing. I have had this problem on just about every computer I have played minecraft on. HOWEVER, This laptop I am currently on has only one issue with that java binary. Any time I get near a Nether portal or get in the Nether the game repeatedly crashes with no error report, just "Java Platform SE Binary has stopped working" then close out and the launcher restarts. I am getting really frustrated even on single player, I am trying to build a nice town with a dungeon below it and I cannot put a Nether portal because I will crash. I can make a END Portal and nothing happens. I have Mods but I also tried it without mods. and still the portal freezes the game.
Also, I tried putting the Render Distance to Normal and Far and still same thing. Everything is downloaded correctly Java 64 bit is installed. I have no other issues with java until I go near a nether portal.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated..
