Hello,
I have recently encountered an error while trying to open my minecraft.exe called Launch4j. In its description it reads exactly:"The registry refers to a nonexistent Java Runtime Environment installation or the runtime is corrupted. The system cannot fine the path specified." If anyone has any ideas on how to fix the problem please respond asap with step by step instructions. Also I might add that my technic Launcher does not open up as well. And if this help any i was using ccleaner to clean my registry and i have backups in case that is the origin of the issue. Thank you if you respond
You need to reinstall Java.
First, go to the Programs and Features in Control Panel (Add and Remove Programs on XP). Uninstall everything that says Java in the name. Then, go to http://java.com/en/download/manual.jsp to re-install Java.

I tired this multiple times and it is still not working anything else that you know of that I can try
Remove Java if it's currently installed.
Then, install Java 8 from http://www.oracle.co...ds-2133155.html
If you have a 32-bit computer, get jre-8u5-windows-i586.exe.
If you have a 64-bit computer, get jre-8u5-windows-x64.exe.
Thank you so much this completely fixed the problem
