Whenever i try to connect to a server in my windows xp it doesnt crash,but when i try to play on a server in my laptop the game crashes and when i check the development console it says "Game ended with bad state (exit code -1073741819)"why does this happen??!! And it mostly crashes when i chat

and what are your specs goto my computer and in the system tasks click view system information then click the hardware tab the device manager and open the tabs Display Adapter and Processor and post what it says
When you chat eh? I had this problem before. Go to the pause menu and hit multiplayer settings, there should be a button that says "Chat: Enabled" you need it to say that. If it says anything else like "Chat: Disabled" or "Chat: Commands Only" change it to "Chat: Enabled". The reason you keep crashing is because if chat is "Disabled" every time you type chat and enter it in. The game crashes. Same with "Commands only" if its not a command, the game will crash.
If this is not the case. I think I need to see a crash report :\

and try again. And if it keep's crashing it may just be your java Version Try updating.
Ok. So why did you say "Why does my game crash?" as the topic name? Because if you truly were crashing you would have a crash report.
Also, did you even try what I suggested?
