My Minecraft ice is looking really odd

I was recently playing on 1.6.4 minecraft and my Ice was looking very weird. All I am using is SPC 1.6.4 and Shaders. Here is a photo of what it was looking like.

You can see it shows where the block ends and the lines around the block.
