So I finally purchased minecraft but I can not get it to open. When I click on the game a javaw process opens for a second but then closes.
I attached my log from the Advanced Minecraft Error Test.
Anyone have any suggestions?

I'm assuming nothing is happening when you're double-clicking the launcher icon, in which case you need to reinstall Java.
First, go to Programs and Features in Control Panel. Uninstall everything that says Java in the name. Then, go to http://java.com/en/download/manual.jsp to re-install Java.

I reinstalled it but nothing is happening still. My .minecraft folder is empty if that makes a difference.
go to "C:\Users\Dylan\AppData\Roaming\" and delete the .minecraft folder.
now go to minecraft and download the launcher, https://minecraft.net/download
when you open the launcher make a new profile and use the latest version.

Remove the current Java you have through Programs and Features in Control Panel.
Then, download and install Java 8: accept the licence agreement and get jre-8u5-windows-i586.exe from http://www.oracle.co...ds-2133155.html

Clearly from the error report it shows that it cannot fine minecraft.jar
So do this.
WARNING:
You will delete all of you data not minecraft.
1 goto start and type %appdata% press enter
2 you will see a list of folders. Keep scrolling down untill you see a folder named .minecraft
3 Delete this folder and run minecraft launcher this will redownload the launcher and hopefully it should run.
Please reply and tell me what happened.
It isn't letting me open it. The javaw.exe process opens for a couple of seconds but then closes without loading anything. It is happening with all java files.

ohh ok sorry, what about downloading magiclauncher?
http://www.9minecraft.net/magic-launcher/
Still not working. I think it has something to do with the fact that I can't download the files for the .minecraft folder.
would you like me to upload a fresh .minecraft folder for you?
Redistribution is prohibited by Mojang's terms.
