Is this on a server or singleplayer? What gamemode is the world in? When you click a block, does it only swing once and then stop, or does it swing until it breaks then it reappears? Does it swing endlessly?

This was on Single and Mulitplayer, It was Survival and Creative, It swong once then it won't swing again anymore for maybe like 3mins on anyother blocks, But I could still build endlessly.... it's just the destorying part it won't work anymore.... after a few clicks
