JVM arguments and minecraft arguments. What's the difference? JVM arguments basically control how much RAM the task takes and how much memory it can access. Minecraft arguments are for who knows what. However, I believe some people out there know what they all are or what they do. A JVM argument is like
-Xmx2048M or something similar to that. You go into the launcher, click edit profile, check JVM arguments and put whatever you want to put in it as long as it's valid. Minecraft arguments are like net.minecraft.bootsrap.Boostrap. I don't know how to control it or anything.
So what am I asking for? I am asking for your knowledge on all of these different types of arguments. I wish to create a database where all of this information can be kept. Also, by using this information, it can help further minecraft performance and cause less glitches in the future to all those who know how to control the arguments. Once I have enough information about the JVM and minecraft arguments, I will create a database on this website to help further minecraft gameplay. Of course, I will credit all of you who give me relevant information but I need your help to compile information of JVM and minecraft arguments. I would like to know the argument itself, how you can possibly modify it to further performance, and what it exactly does. I know this will require a lot of work but I need the help.
Also, I would like anyone's opinions on the best JVM arguments for minecraft client and server out there. Depending on the amount of people who say that this one is good or my personal experience on it, I will create a specific spoiler to let everyone know about the good argument combination.

P.S. If I put it in the wrong section, moderators/administrators/staff feel free to somehow move my thread to the correct section. Thank you.
