Ok so I had to completely restart my whole computer data. When i was downloading my packs i wanted to play Minecraft for a bit so i was going to change to my pack and then nothing showed up. Winrar is installed as well. idk what to do plz help BTW im in 1.7.9
Resource packs are not OS dependant. If they do not show up on the list then you must done something wrong. Please make sure the zip file you mentioned does not contain another zip file for the resource pack itself, etc.
