When I am at my mother's house I am unable to join a certain server, I seem to be ok with others servers, it's just this one. I am able to do so at my dad's.
This is the error I get:

go to control panel then seleact windows firewall. should say if it is on or off. if it's on, turn it off (just temporarily) and see if you can connect to server. if it works then you know it's a firewall issue.
then make sure to turn firewall back on. but then you need to add the program to the exceptions tab so the firewall let's it through. i am not sure though which program you would need to add
