I have a problem. When I want to create a new Profile which use an older version of Minecraft and then press the Play-Button, the green balk load, but nothing happens. For choosing another Profile I have to restart the Minecraft Launcher.
I don't know why I can only play with the latest version of Minecraft.
Can anyone help?
when you try to use another version of minecraft, it'll need to be downloaded. This is what happens when the bar fills up.
If the download isn't 100% successful, it won't be able to run and you'll end up back at the launcher.

I suspect this is what you are seeing.
It could be the reason why. But the Launcher doesn't even refresch. I can't choose another profile after that.
