Minecraft error that wont go away even if I re-install launcher.

I haven't installed any mods or hacks and my minecraft is completely clean and legit. But today when I turned on the launcher it came up with an error window that said :Error: loading: C:/ ProgramFiles/Java/jre7/bin/jvm.dlI
I just want to know how to fix this because I am only 11 years old and dont have admin access to my PC. I will tell my Dad about this and maybe he will help.
