Running MC fine with no issues until today. Now it is lagging then crashing. Only up from a few seconds to a minute or 2.
Error is "internal exception:java.io.IOException: an established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine"
I've done the google hunt, tried the fixes as follows:
Reset Modem (first suggestion)
Reinstalled minecraft completely
Checked program installs for yesterday, says my antivirus added a toolbar, uninstalled cause ewwww.
Seeing the toolbar I did a antivirus sweep, found an ad installer, removed it.
Reinstalled java, running 7.77 (current)
Then when all this did not work I tried other computers. Still can't log on. So host machine? If so I need more fixes to try cause these were the ones listed for this particular error. My machine is more than capable of running MC, so spec wise I'm not going to go into details. Running windows 7, and vanilla MC on DC-play.com.
