On my server, whenever I log in or teleport there is always a minute or so of complete lag, before everything, such as chat and people's movement, loads at once. My ping is 40ms or lower, and my internet connection overall is fine. I find myself having to use console to chat while I wait for my client to catch up. Is there a way to fix this? I just started having the problem as of around 3 days ago, and I didn't install any software that could potentially block minecraft's connection, in fact I turned off McAfee the other day hoping it would help, but it didn't.
Also, I seem to only have this problem on my own server, no other servers. I'm using a sever hosting company so its not my computer lagging.
