I have been having a multitude of issues with Minecraft. The most recent unsolved one is that Minecraft is not using all memory allocated to it. I have allocated 1280 MB of memory to minecraft, but whenever I get Minecraft to load and check the F3 display, itonly has a few hundred megabytes of memory allocated. This leads to Minecraft being unable to load worlds, running out of memory almost every time I try.
I would like a solution, if anyone knows. Even if I have to mod my client to do it, I don't mind.

- OptiFine (no mods , so I will not show this one)
- Add a JVM Argument*
*The argument:
-Xms<put minimum memory allocation> -Xmn<put max memory allocation>
Hope it helped!
