I've had Minecraft for a while and it has run fine on my computer. I shoot for 60 FPS on max settings and everything was working like it should have. So I thought. I noticed that my worlds take a decent bit longer to load than other people playing Minecraft. Now, I don't know the specs of their PC's, but I assume load times shouldn't differ that much. To add to the issues, since I started playing Minecraft on this PC, I noticed that some chunks well within the render distance were loading slowly. I could see caves and the void through these chunks, which usually refused to load until I got really close. Then, no matter what world I was in, upon the initial loading taking some time, I would be "falling" in the void for several seconds. This happens in old and just generated worlds. I've also experienced issues with mobs not responding, which is fixed upon exiting and reloading a world. The last issue is where I draw the line and come to others for help, meaning those on the Minecraft forums. Upon starting a new world, the framerate changes dramatically. Even after standing still for several minutes, the frames change from 60 to much lower. Zero, on occasion, but usually dip into the 20s, then go back to 60. Is there anyone who can help solve these issues?
