Hi. I own a 64 bit Windows 7 Home Premium computer and I've had it for a while. It has been lagging (20-30 fps) with horrible lag spikes a few times a second. The weird thing is, that I get the same frame rate at all settings! I can be playing on 4 to 30 chunks render distance and get the same frame rate. Having Optifine doesn't change the game at all. It doesn't matter what changes I make to the settings, it stays laggy.


Any help would be great!
