My Minecraft has some strange colors and shapes whenever I move around and sometimes when I am not doing anything. It is getting really annoying, I am running on max settings, with OptiFine, and 128x128 Chroma Hills. But no matter if I use resource pack or not, it still happens.

Is the game's mathematics seem to fail? (Scitter movement, mobs teleporting noticebly, chunks not loaded, even when your standing right next to it)? That would be your CPU.
If you have problems with your rendering, its obviously the GPU. After checking the reviews, it seems a very good graphics card.
When did this begin happening?
How much memory is allocated to Minecraft?
And see if your Shaders modification is buggy. Since the snapshots are rewritting the whole rendering system, it might be a good idea to also to check if your using the snapshots.

I am on Minecraft 1.7.5, not on a snapshot. This began happening I'd say 4 weeks - 2 months ago. I have bad track of time. I am not using a shaders mod either.

Maybe try deleting your Minecraft Bin and then replacing it to default, it could have become corrupted somehow.

Did you turn on Super Secret Settings? Try clicking it several more times until it returns to normal. Just click escape while playing, and it should be there.

The thing is with super secret settings, I don't know what looks normal! Cause when I think it is normal, I am not sure cause it looks strange to me since I have looked at other settings.
