RANDOM LAG!? I was playing on a server with my regular 60 fps and now I have 15 fps on all servers!? HELP!

I was playing on a server with my friends then all the sudden I go to my fac and I lag so much. so I relog and that doesn't work. my friend broke all the spawners (it was an opfacs server) and killed my iron golems and villagers. that didn't help at all. so I try joining Mineplex, The Chunk, and SkyDoes Minecraft's servers. I still had the 15 fps! I restarted mc but still had it! I REALLY NEED HELP!!!! I can't start playing CrackPack with this lag cuz I'll get more lag ;( someone please help me :-(

Is it a constant 15 fps? If so you might have the fps limited to 15.

Options > Video Settings > Max Framerate
