Guys is there an Adventure Mode

in Minecraft 1.7.9 for PC?

If there is, where I can find it?

I cannot see it in the mode button

its in the options when creating a new world, survival, creative and adventure.

during a game you can switch by using the command /gamemode adventure (if cheats are on)]
