I have only just re-downloaded and installed Minecraft, but when I log in and create a new world, all of the blocks are invisible except for signs (in multiplayer games) and torches (in singleplayer).
I have already deleted the .minecraft folder and re-downloaded and re-updated the client several times but this has not solved the issue.

Moderatorthis is a very very very common issue with the answer posted many times in this section
Just found that topic, turned mipmap off and still the same.
Will be reverting back to 13.12 AMD drivers as suggested in another thread and will report back.
UPDATE: Rolling back to 13.12 drivers has solved the issue.
