I have the latest drivers for my graphics card and I even tried the absolute latest beta drivers to no avail. Do NOT tell me to update my graphics card drivers because they are quite obviously NOT the problem here!
Yes, graphics drivers are the problem, but: That graphics card is not supported under windows 8.1. Downgrade to windows 8 (or lower) or get a new computer.

Damn... I'll have to either make a windows 8 install disk as my current one is on Windows 8.1 Update 1 or I could just grin and bear it for four days or so until I can get a new computer. Although I suppose that this will be the least of my problems if the OS does not support the card...
That graphics card is not supported under windows 8.1. Downgrade to windows 8 (or lower) or get a new computer.
